That's what I call a fender

Seriously, I guess it's around 6 feet long, that's 2 meters in metric money.


Compared to the two normal sized pick up buoys it should make coming alongside a bit easier.


Above gives a better indication of scale.

    What does one say when you meet a buoy this size? Hi Big Boy? (God that's a terrible joke).

    The wooden yacht in the second photo looks very much like an Alan Buchanan 'Saxon' Class yacht circa 1960?
