High Water Days

Spring tides, recent south westerly winds and atmospheric pressure combined to push up the high tides.

While we've seen much higher tides in past years these were enough to flood the bridge and pathway coming back form the common and as below made of an unusual dining experience outside the cafe.

Across the river on the Warsash side the water was almost up to the level of the path, further up the river the pathway was flooded and impassable.
