The most brilliantest is the shortest. “You’re in my spot.” could come from the angler or the bird, but both being British it was probably left unsaid.
We live close to Bursledon Bridge on the Hamble River. This is about boats, wildlife and people in the upper reaches of the Hamble, but mostly about old boats and things nautical.
